Building Fund Pledge Form
In order to help fund our School Building Project, each family is requested to make a voluntary pledge at the time of registration. Your donation will provide crucial support to our project to rebuild the school. It is our hope that families will make a pledge that is consistent with their own financial circumstances. Each gift will make a difference and any amount is appreciated.
There are several ways that you can donate to our Building Fund. Your donation is a charitable gift for which a tax receipt will be issued. Recurring monthly gifts are especially helpful. Annual donations of $1,000 or more are considered major gifts.
- . You will need a credit card. You can do a one time donation or a reoccurring donation.
- Email Transfer: For email Transfers, Please include the following in the "Comments" section: School Building Fund Donation.
- Ensure your first and last name are clear.
- To receive a tax receipt include your mailing address, including your postal code.
- Email transfers can be sent to smpacc@telus.net
- Monthly Payment: This will require a void cheque with a predetermined monthly amount.
- A one-time payment by cheque. Donations by cheque are payable to 糖心原创 Parish
The following form is included in your Registration Package. Kindly fill out the form, sign and return it to the school office with your Registration papers.
